Prosn two bedroom suites for familiesn heated pooln they bring ice directly to room upon requestn employees are nice and friendlynConsn all amenities except for the pool and gym cost extra pool table bowling ice skating etcn all amenities close very early or have very limited hours the game room the pool the hot tub and others close at 900pm There is an outdoor fireplace in the pool area which we were excited to sit by at night but obviously we couldnt access past 900 The game room doesnt open until 330 on some days and the ice skating closes at 6 I believe This was very frustrating since we would go to the lake and go hiking during the day and then come back to the resort with nothing to do This is the main reason for the 3 star reviewn customer service We requested housekeeping service and it never happened We were put in a room below where they were doing heavy duty construction and it woke us all up at 8am They offered us another room but we didnt want to move all of our stuff It would have been nice for them to offer a discounted price for our first night for the inconveniencen very expensivennOverall I would not recommend this hotel It is very overpriced considering most of the amenities are an additional cost and not available during hours when most people are at the hotel more ... hide ...
