DO NOT RENT HERE Review on behalf of my 92 yearold Mother who rented here for the past 15 years During the past 5 years there has been an everchanging array of managers The Woda Group cannot seem to retain any of their managers for this location It is difficult to contact anyone when any type of maintenance is needed My Mother reported that her closet shelfbar fell down on August 20 2018 and the date of this post is November 5 2018 A maintenance man showed up twice but never made the repair Over the years my Mother had a few other maintenance requests that were never attended to carpet coming up creating a tripping hazard bad shower head broken garbage disposal which my brother wound up replacingrepairing for her There is no snowice removal on the walkways during the Winter no ice melt placed on walkways ever Laughable that the rent at this location is going up due to increased maintenance and increased administrative costs Perhaps you would like the size and location of these apartments AS LONG AS YOU ARE OK WITH DOING ANY NEEDED MAINTENANCE YOURSELF If you drive over to Country Place Apartments take a look at the condition of the roof also notice there are no office hours posted on the management office door should you try the phone number posted on the door it will ring in the unoccupied office VERY POOR ONSITE MANAGEMENT AND ALMOST NONEXISTENT MAINTENANCE Also check Woda Group online to view a very large number of complaints about their numerous locations around the country PLEASE BEWARE more ... hide ...
