Terese the leasing consultant from Batavia apartments is probably the rudest most unorganized person Ive ever talked to I called yesterday trying to see my spot in getting an apartment there after filling my application out last year because spots were filled from a 12 year time frame I called her yesterday because I wanted to see where my spot was and she had an attitude and told me I had to fill out another application while cracking a chuckle on the phone pushing me back another year or two I called earlier this year to change my address because I was not living where I was when I filled out the application and whoever I talked to didnt tell me I needed to go in and change my address and couldnt do it over the phone Apparently they sent my follow up mail to the address I changed from so I asked my aunt and cousins who still live there if I received any mail this past August from Batavia apartments and they said no because they always send whatever mail I have going there and just put it in a big envelope and sends it to my correct address Moral of the story Terese is unprofessional and I would suggest talking to someone who can actually keep everything on file and up to date so that you can move in more ... hide ...

Im speaking as a Senior An active one This place is beautiful and includes many amenities But your rent is based on your income not your AGE Between my husband and myself we are 120 years young And we still need money too live I thought we would be approved and we were But at those prices were forced to remain homeowners So plan on paying 1100 for a one bed 2021-10-19T15:57:54Z
Im speaking as a Senior An active one This place is beautiful and includes many amenities But your rent is based on your income not your AGE Between my husband and myself we are 120 years young And we still need money too live I thought we would be approved and we were But at those prices were forced to remain homeowners So plan on paying 1100 for a one bed room if not more And possibly without a full 2nd bath No covered parking and the tenant pays some of their own utilities Now if your income is over 30000 for 2 people you maybe looking at Market Value Rent Thats why this has a 2 rating from me more ... hide ...

During this difficult time with our Mom being at Heritage Woods I couldnt be more confident in her safety if I had her in our own home When it all started I wanted to bring her home but realized we had to work and were subjected to germs and many people as essentials and she didnt have the world around her nearly as protective for her safety More than that she just loves her home there so much that it provided her with the comfort she needed to feel something in her world was secure The staff headed by Marcy who cares for each and every resident like her very own is superb I just love her She hires people who have her heart and work ethic and you can rest assured your loved one is in good hands The food is great too varied and tasteful with obvious thought and talent I am grateful every day for my 2nd family at Heritage watching over Mom Soon with Marcy and Staffs incredible work and over the top efforts theyll have their fun normal life back with all the extra benefits shes enjoyed there for years They are simply the best more ... hide ...
