The current property manager Theresa Valentine is very unprofessional I am a tax paying resident of Bellwood and I called to inquire about my car being towed off a public street without any clear signage or notice She says Ive been letting it slide Referring to me parking in the same spot for the last TWO YEARS I dont know who thought she was fit for this position but Im sure this will not be the last of the negative reviews due to her poor communication skills This could have all been handled differently having a good community relationship should be important The mayor will be hearing from me concerning this issue and they will be hearing from my lawyer Its sad to see businesses degrade an entire community for seemingly no reason at all As a small business owner who has faced a lot of adversity this year the least I expect is respect I dont know how tenants are treated in these apartment but from my short interaction I can tell there is unprofessionalism childs play and hateful retaliation in the mix That is something I would never subject the elderly in my family to live with I do really hope you are able to find a better establishment more ... hide ...
