This place is great The management is very helpful and you dont have to wait for maintenance to get around to repairs We had to wait a year to get an apartment but it was worth it I feel so much safer than where we were living before

The main entrance automatic handicap door constantly doesnt work To wash dishes in hot water I have to boil water The hot water is luke warm Maintenance is the worst Ive ever seen SLUM LORDS Contacting code enforcement and the health department asap They dont deserve 1 star

Used to be excellent Now I would give 5 stars if I could get some sleep my roommate is an epileptic and the bass causes her to have seizures Whatever business they are conducting is causing 247 traffic one visitor walked into our home Office response is to be patient Would they be patient if they had to go to work with no sleep Told office of beatings

Used to be excellent Now I would give 5 stars if I could get some sleep my roommate is an epileptic and the bass causes her to have seizures Whatever business they are conducting is causing 247 traffic one visitor walked into our home Office response is to be patient Would they be patient if they had to go to work with no sleep Told office of beatings we hear told them its going to be a crime scene Be patient Planned to stay at least one more year but am actively looking for a new home as our patience has run out Very disappointed and frustratednUpdatethe office is trying however I live across from small pool and empty lot where the fire left an empty lot Perfect place for children to play in the daytime NOT at 2am And there are a few boys who constantly bounces their basketball outside my bedroom window Where are the parents of these children at 2am I dont think its asking too much to be able to sleep at night HELP OH you can bet they will raise the rent while addressing none of these problems I feel as though I deserve a rent reduction after all of these problems
