They dont maintain the apartments The people in the office come and go as they please There is a community center for everyone to use but the office people dont let anyone use it They have 2 maintenance men 1 who goes above and beyond for all the seniors and the other man is a senior himself who doesnt do anything He obviously took the job thinking it was 2022-03-25T16:50:25Z

I have a friend that lives here The apartments seem nice The parking for visitors sucks You have to park a block away Not ideal for a handicapped visitor or anyone visiting in bad weather

I was told my income was too high so I was denied Let me say this its hard out here My income was too high for two bedroom so I moved to Promenade apartment one bedroom because my income was too low at Promenade for two bedrooms Life is so unfair Promenade had roaches I moved Both this place and promenade with parking permits is hell for visitors its like to 2022-04-12T11:11:05Z
