The good things about this building are the location doormen are very nice and the pool Other than this I would NOT recommend living here to my worst enemy I could write a novel about living here but just going to narrow it down to a few for this reviewnn The windows leak in a ton of rain Im talking about multiple buckets worth of rain which soaks into the carpetn Mold is growing in the ceiling maintenance just painted over itn Maintenance is very responsive however they will enter your apartment like it is a hotel room For example I will just walk into my living room and there is a maintenance man in there with absolutely no warningn One time there was a showing happening in our apartment with future tenants with no warningn There are 3 elevators however at least 1 is always out of service sometimes 2 Takes forever to get up and downnnWhen I moved in I read all of the good reviews so I just wanted to share my experience for future tenants Good luck if you do choose to move in more ... hide ...

Great property by PPM Building is situated at a perfect location Walking distance to bus stop lake Marianos Walmart neighborhood market and lot of restaurants specially Indian restaurants Lived here for 2 years never had issues and problems A big shoutout to the building engineer John who always kept building clean and was always there to assist wherever nee 2021-09-05T18:46:04Z
