Using my account to post this for someone who lived in their building and wanted to stay anonymousnnLiving at the Wilson club was such a bad experience for me I think the staff have good intentions and some nice people but maybe they are dealing with things that are not being handled appropriately by top management and the owners Its a really nice building and at first I didnt mind the things that happened like a small leak and a few packages missing I figure those things happen everywhere and can be fixed Soon enough the leak that they never fixed despite my requests got bigger and caused damage to things in my apartment my packages continued to be stolen It got to the point where I feared for my safety because there was issues with their faulty fire alarm which woke everyone up in the middle of the night and sometimes I would walk by the door in the stairwell and it would be open because of a faulty lock that I know myself and many other tenants had notified management about Ultimately what made me leave is the way concerns were never handled If the staff and management handled my concerns and didnt delay fixing or never fix the problems I would honestly probably still live there cause it was a nice building and great location They will also real you in with 500 off for you to sign after a showing but then the 500 comes in gift card form and takes months to be sent to you I have seen management try to retaliate when concerns were brought in the open so even though I left I want to remain anonymous more ... hide ...
