If I could vote less than one star I would Do not rent here I lived here 2 years with little to no issue The only complaint then was that the walls were very thin and you could smell things your neighbors were cooking which is not okay but I got used to it My third year rats got under the hood of my car 3 times while parking in my assigned parking spot and d 2021-05-24T02:57:19Z
If I could vote less than one star I would Do not rent here I lived here 2 years with little to no issue The only complaint then was that the walls were very thin and you could smell things your neighbors were cooking which is not okay but I got used to it My third year rats got under the hood of my car 3 times while parking in my assigned parking spot and damaged my car The leasing company did nothing to help until I emailed their head customer service address and even after the one attempted phone call they were extremely unhelpful They still owe me money for parking I paid and then no longer used after my car was damaged for the third time They are extremely hard to get in contact with and when you finally do they are not helpful in the slightest The only redeeming quality was the on site staff who were very helpful and I had great neighbors Do not live here and do not rent with CLK Leasing they are horriblennEdited to add the elevators are horrible and were broken for upwards of 2 months there is no security and constantly when I lived there the front or back doors were broken sometimes at the same time allowing anyone to enter the property at will the back garage gate was also broken for days on end at multiple different periods allowing access to peoples cars Overall just not a good place to live more ... hide ...
