We have a patient that we are servicing for home health care in the building and for some reason our visiting nurse cannot contact the patient for 2 weeks the other telephone number becomes a nonworking number and another one just keep on ringing we called the doctors office and the contact number provided to us also is not a working number so i tried to ca 2019-02-15T22:28:11Z
We have a patient that we are servicing for home health care in the building and for some reason our visiting nurse cannot contact the patient for 2 weeks the other telephone number becomes a nonworking number and another one just keep on ringing we called the doctors office and the contact number provided to us also is not a working number so i tried to call West Point Plaza where our home health patient resides and I spoke to the building manager i introduce myself and our agency and i offered to fax to her the release of information patient has signed with us so she can give me an update where the patient is but the manager still wont allow us do so and keeps on repeating its not on their policy We just would like to know what happened to the patient we are servicing I hope the management could be more cooperative to agencies like us who are servicing their residents and look into this issue with an open mind for now I can only hope and pray the patient we are servicing is doing fine and still in that buildingThis is the first time a spoke to a building manager like her that is so close minded and uncooperative more ... hide ...
