Ive been living in this building for the better part of a year now and can say that while the first few months were bumpy with extended elevator outages and stolen packages since then things have stabilized and Ive had little to no problems living here All my amenities and unit features water heat AC etc have functioned with no issues The one time I did have 2022-08-03T17:29:15Z
Ive been living in this building for the better part of a year now and can say that while the first few months were bumpy with extended elevator outages and stolen packages since then things have stabilized and Ive had little to no problems living here All my amenities and unit features water heat AC etc have functioned with no issues The one time I did have an issue spotted a mouse on my kitchen counter I called maintenance and DJ head of maintenance was extremely quick to respond and continue following up even after the issue was resolved DJ in particular has been one of the bright spots here as hes quick to look into resolve and follow up on issues that are brought to his and his teams attention and does so while displaying a great attitude towards situations and tenants Shawn the property manager has also been someone who displays great attentiveness towards issues Ive brought his way and with the exception of the stolen packages hes been able to resolve my issues in a timely manner In addition to the staff the location is absolutely phenomenal and the inclusion of inunit washers at this level of rent is something that isnt easily found in many places Overall my experience was shaky to start but picked up as time went on more ... hide ...

I was visiting this place for self guided tour However the security device did not work properly and I could not get enter the unit Then I had to call the office but the representative just kept me wait over 10 minutes then hanged up my call two times without asking me Then I had to call the same number three times and tell the problem three times to differe 2022-06-01T18:16:37Z
I was visiting this place for self guided tour However the security device did not work properly and I could not get enter the unit Then I had to call the office but the representative just kept me wait over 10 minutes then hanged up my call two times without asking me Then I had to call the same number three times and tell the problem three times to different representatives but none of any problems were solved and I couldnt take a look at the property although I paid 15 for visiting fee That was a horrible experience and I dont think Ill feel comfortable to rent this place more ... hide ...
