Unfortunately I lost my commercial health insurance on September 302020 and was looking for affordable healthcare I found PCC Parkside Family Health Centerone of many 13 of THE PCC wellness FAMILY My first communication was a phone call to discuss my finacial stability which is unstable due to being laid off in MARCH 2020 and currently unemployeedThe Navigator took all of my information and started my PCC WELLNESS ACCOUNT The next phone call that I recieved was to set up a phone appointment with a PRIMARY CARE DOCTORMy 3rd phone call was my actual TELE HEALTH APPOINTMENT I followed up my appointment with a visit to the facility The security guard met me at the door and was very friendly and knowlegdeable a nurse took my temperature and thouroughly ask all COVID19 related questions The Ladies at the front desk were friendlyefficient and professionalDrLISA Kozinski was very personable and thourough with her questions and my physical went well The LAB TECHNICAN was great good attitude she ask questions made me feel confortable all will needling me up The Facility was very well managed and clean I was very pleased that I could send and recieve messages with the PATIENT PORTAL SYSTEMyou can also request appointmentspay your bill and ask your Doctor questions through The portal systemwhich is great it cuts down time and is a really effective way to get things done I had no Idea that I could recieve such great health care at a neighborhood clinic And Yes my visit was very affordable Lets say it was less expensive than having A TALL LATTE EVERYDAY AT STARBUCKS I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PCC WELLNESS I will check out their community programs that they offer THANKFUL FOR YOUR SERVICES IN THE COMMUNITY PS PCC WELLNESS OFFERS COVID19 TESTING YOU HAVE TO CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT THANK YOU PCC WELLNESS more ... hide ...
