I cant even offer one star Where do I start Ive been living here for a while and have saw the decline in management They do not take accountability for any issues and will not resolve them They are all smoke and mirrors I have recently been having backed up plumbing issues pushing sewage into my units kitchen sink saturated carpet that no one has cleaned to 2022-01-27T02:46:52Z
I cant even offer one star Where do I start Ive been living here for a while and have saw the decline in management They do not take accountability for any issues and will not resolve them They are all smoke and mirrors I have recently been having backed up plumbing issues pushing sewage into my units kitchen sink saturated carpet that no one has cleaned to date And recently mice At least 10 mice have been caught with traps I had to purchase with my own money because supposedly they were out of traps Ive documented each encounter and sent emails to all members of management and filed a complaint with 311 Their exterminator was trash Just took a dead mouse from behind the stove and dropped a new trap and left Ive had to barricade myself in the unit with sticky traps to keep the mice from running all through the unit They have no concern for treating residents with any decency and should be ashamed to call themselves a property management service more ... hide ...
