This Adminstration in The Building is Constantly Violating The Hipaa Rights against The Seniors in the GOLDEN TOWERS residence The tenants just had Exterminations and Inspections sometime No more then 2 weeks ago and Now again THERE FORCING THE SENIORS TOO DO THE EXTERMINATIONS Again AND MANY OF THE SENIORS CANT HANDLE THESE TASK TAKING EVERYTHING OUT OF T

This Adminstration in The Building is Constantly Violating The Hipaa Rights against The Seniors in the GOLDEN TOWERS residence The tenants just had Exterminations and Inspections sometime No more then 2 weeks ago and Now again THERE FORCING THE SENIORS TOO DO THE EXTERMINATIONS Again AND MANY OF THE SENIORS CANT HANDLE THESE TASK TAKING EVERYTHING OUT OF THE CABINETS AND CLEARING OUT OTHER AREAS IN THE BUILDING BECAUSE MOST OF THE SENIORS HAVE PHYSICAL DISABILITIES I FEEL THE ADMINISTRATION IS VIOLATING HIPAA RIGHTS BECAUSE THE ADMINISTRATION IS THREATING TOO EVICT THE SENIORS UNDER THESE CONDITIONS THIS IS UNJUST AND UNFAIR AGAINST THE RIGHTS OF THE SENIORSnnI AM SOMEONE WHO WITNESSED THESE UNJUST ACTIONS AGAINST THE SENIORS THERE SHOULD BE OTHER PROPER PROTOCOL TOO FOLLOW REGUARDING this Matter The Administration gives the Seniors only 2 days to clear everything and the seniors are Threatened with Eviction if there unable too comply AND THE ADMINISTRATION DOES NOT SEEM TOO HAVE ANY REGUARD FOR THE SENIORS HEALTH REGUARDING THIS MATTER In my Opinion any person with Disabilities should be able too have enough time to be able to prepare under these type of terms for Exterminations or Inspections for example 1 to 2 weeks in my Opinion I feel would be the proper PROTOCOL REGUARDING THE TERMS OF THIS MATTERnnSOMEONE OF AUTHORITY REALLY NEEDS TOO LOOK INTO THIS BECAUSE THIS IS REALLY UNJUST FOR THESE Seniors IN THE GOLDEN TOWERS Residential Residence THE ACTIONS OF THIS ADMINISTRATION IS VIOLATING THE HIPAA RIGHTS AND STANDARDS AGAINST THE SENIOR CITIZENS DISABILITY ACT

Olympic Village apartments is the worse place you could ever live It takes them months to fix repairs Maintenance comes in your apartment without permission It was a few times I came home and my belongings were moved aroundBusiness hours dont mean anything to them They open and close when THEY feel like it Management is incompetent when its comes to doing their job I moved from Olympic Village Jan 1st 2018 Somehow I was charged for rent for Jan 2018 plus a late fee I havent lived there in over three months Every time I try to talk to someone I keep getting the run around I can never get a straight answer Its always something They cant keep a manager in the office They are very unorganized when it comes to handling business matters I refuse to pay 617 for rent when I moved out prior to December 31st I lived here for 7 years this is a honest review If I could give Olympic Village apartments 0 stars I would If I dont get this issue resolved immediately I will be taking legal action and I will also contact HUD This is unacceptable Im trying to buy a house I do not need this issue coming up again in the future
