Havent seen it yet Heard the kids who livr there are allowed to be disruptive I would like to move there I love kids But I expect manners and my peace I raised my kids and they were not allowed to be disrespectful to others I will see for myself if the rumors are true I cant wait to check it out

I would not recommend these apartments to anyone The complex seems good and looks nice but dont let that fool you To start the buildings have had multiple bed bug problems and the landlord will try to make you pay for it which is illegal in many states including Illinois She is aware of the laws denied any knowledge about the laws and did not expect resident 2018-12-19T05:41:19Z
I would not recommend these apartments to anyone The complex seems good and looks nice but dont let that fool you To start the buildings have had multiple bed bug problems and the landlord will try to make you pay for it which is illegal in many states including Illinois She is aware of the laws denied any knowledge about the laws and did not expect residents to be knowledgeable about the laws Second the landlord There is a slang term called slumlord She is the definition of that The landlord Shawn will be friendly up until you sign the lease After that she will be extremely unfriendly non understanding nitpicky careless apethetic and will not be a fan of you if you have children who cryrundrop things The list goes on If you have a second occupant she will deny knowing about that individual for a few reasons the occupant has a criminal background and are not allowed at the apartment complex due to their crime free rules but the landlord allowed them to reside there anyway etc Third the housing is over priced for what you get The appliances look decent but have mediocre performance They will have many problems by the time you decide to move out When I moved in the garbage disposal dishwasher sink hose refrigerator door towel rack screen door etc were brokendid not work When I tried to contact the landlord I always got her voicemail and had to leave her messages She failed to respond or call back The office hours are 95 Monday through Friday but she is almost never there When I need repairsquestionsconcernsetc it was very hard to get a hold of anyone Once I called multiple times and got her voicemail every time I showed up to the office She was there on her personal phone She just didnt choose to answer any calls on the office phone Also the previous maintenance man did not provide a safe environment for residents He was arrested for getting into a physical dispute involving lethal weapons with another resident out in front of the apartment buildings on September 24 2018 As you can see there are many problems with these apartments There are too many to list but here were a few of the subtle ones more ... hide ...

The Reserve at Lakeview is the perfect match for me Secure clean affordable and well maintained property Paula and her staff were very professional and made me feel at home She is such a sweetheart and takes the extra time to explain all the policies and amenities available to residents I would highly recommend this property to the 55 community

I have visited Eagle Ridge on numerous occasions The staff and residents are always very welcoming Quality care of their residents is priority Duringnthis current trying time Eagle Ridge is following all of the pandemic guidelines to assure their staff and residents remain safe I highly recommend Eagle Ridge to anyone in need of an assisted living community
