They have people living in the apartments thats not on the lease and there has been interruptions and police called and there has been a lot of traffic in and out the night arguingand fighting and this has been a on going things and Im tired of it A lot of people going in and out the apartments with bags and suitcases

I lived there 4 yrs ANY renters ALWAYS take photos on the walk through ANY PROPERTY as I was told blinds were new in all rooms Koolaid stains on carpets Any things not verified by photos will bite you when its move out time I had photos and really cleaned Mgmt said this waa the cleanest anyone has ever left it Its nice to hear plus you get your security 2020-09-09T16:06:52Z

I would not recommend renting here Our sliding glass door was busted out in July 1 2021 and it didnt get replaced until February of 2022 Anytime there were issues Id have to call the company that owns Georgetown Apartments Sansone Group and only about half the time would anything be done The laundry machines in the basement were unoperational I became very i 2022-06-07T00:46:32Z
I would not recommend renting here Our sliding glass door was busted out in July 1 2021 and it didnt get replaced until February of 2022 Anytime there were issues Id have to call the company that owns Georgetown Apartments Sansone Group and only about half the time would anything be done The laundry machines in the basement were unoperational I became very ill in January and February My boyfriend went down in the basement to to investigate a hunch and found mold That was never taken care of after being brought to their attention and I still owe a 250 doctor bill over that Then the cherry on top was when our apartment was broken into while we were signing on our home It was tenants from next door who did it They left damage to our apartment as well during the breaking We moved out the very next day Now we have a debt collector attempting to contact us because supposedly they had tonreplace carpet in our apartment We left the apartment better than we found it When we loved in the carpet looked horrible and we used rugs to cover up how bad it looked as well as to protect the carpet They did jot attempt to contact us at all and instead sent it to a debt collector This has been a total nightmare Ive never experienced this level of incompetence anywhere else Ive ever rented more ... hide ...
