Suggest you look elsewhere I would rate as a ZERO if I couldnFew if any CNAs care at all The head nurse is incompetent and the food is hated and feared by allnnMy mothers medication was screwed up several times and there would not have been an investigation if I had not pressed the issue which is unethical The head nurse offered not even an apology until the Administrator was involved Mostly the CNAs hang out and chat and only seen when you press the call buttonnnThe food is terrible In 6 months there has been at least 3 head cooks and they are unable to handle simple allergies in the food service Not ONE resident likes the food Tour and ask the residents It is terriblennBut Heritage Woods got me in the end When we moved my mother out for her own safety we moved her furniture in with us Big mistake I have seen bed bugs in the house BEWARE more ... hide ...

I recently moved to Grand Oaks and it already feels like home I moved in from another state and andrea helped me get settled and made my move in very smooth I am very pleased with my new apartment I would highly recommend Grand Oaks Thank you again to Andrea and the rest of the team

My mom lives in these apartments and we absolutely love it Shes an 80 year old widow and has made some friends while being able to continue an active lifestyle Theres a welcoming lobby movie room game room community room courtyard exercise room hobby room and underground parking The apartments have newer appliances including laundry They also have balcon 2019-07-06T15:38:59Z
