The staff were friendly Before I moved in I requested a list of repairs be done Maintenance immediately completed them including replacing my screen door with a new one that locked giving me new blinds that were not damaged One day my refrigerator broke they delivered a brand new one the very next day while I was at work Theres an indoor inground pool a nice little park for kids The apartment was nice spacious with a large kitchen a dishwasher It was very clean with new carpet fresh paint My patio opened up to a private grassy field They let me bring my cat for a small pet deposit My only complaints were the terrible neighbors living above me who were always fighting screaming They kept their dog on the balcony it kept peeing all over my patio furniture Fortunately they got evicted eventually Thankfully My other complaint is that theres not adequate signs letting your guests know its private parking to use visitor parking I had a friend accidentally park in the wrong spot for only a few minutes they immediately towed her vehicle We ran outside right as they were hooking up her car but they refused to release it without cash payment Seemed kind of sketch But on a positive note when I moved out not only did I get my security deposit back I even earned interest

This is my new home as of midJuly Nice little mobility barrierfree 1BR met a couple of neighbors 1st day invited to next regular cookout in 2 weeks Mgr was friendly kind patient helpful seeing how this was my 1st move in 20 yrs AND is my 1st apt alone Clean quiet safe warm what more could I ask for
