very intrusive every other week they have yet another reason to enter tenants units these inspections are supposedly checks for nonexistent and unreported infestations NUMEROUS tenants including myself have said we didnt want the service when we were asked when almost everyone said no they went ahead and mandated monthly inspections so that means 12 times a year you either have to take of work or have random people in and out of your apartment without you being therewalking on your carpet and floor with their dirty shoesthis is not including the other ridiculous short noticed forced entries whenever they forget to make sure their buildings are up to codethey have not had any personnel in the main office up until two weeks ago which means ALMOST EVERYBODY has been and is waiting to sign a new lease for this year if you have other options id really explore them the problems i listed arent even half of itstay away for atleast 23 years or until theres a change in ownershipAlso their washers and dryers are constantly malfunctioning which cost us tenants wasted time and MONEY seriously avoid this place at all cost more ... hide ...

What a crazy 20 months We toured Victory Centre of Riverwoods with mom and dad preCovid along with three other facilities and then quickly moved mom and dad in April 2020 when I was 8 months pregnant with our first and the HEIGHT of CovidnnThe ENTIRE team Dorothy Barb Nancy Mercedes Jenny Shannon aides maintenance is absolutely amazing They are selfless caring and truly care about their residents and their family members One of the facilities I visited told me they thought my parents would be best suited for Victory Centre because the rooms are larger and they would get more hands on care as its a smaller facility so true They said Barb is the best and has been with VC for over 89 years Honestly my parents didnt need the poolgymamenities They needed staff that knew their names and what they needednnMom passed in July 2020 4 weeks after my sons birth 3 months after they moved in and the team were absolutely caring and kind during that difficult time to help Dad not only transition to his new home during a pandemic but also keep an extra eye on him and show compassion when we lost momnnIm a healthcare administrator and I know how hard this team is working and doing their best to keep my dad safennI cant say everything has been perfect however once I bring up something its addressed ASAP Currently all businesses are short staffed dont just assume family are not to be involved so being an advocate for your loved one helps and should be expectednnIf youre considering VC of Riverwoods for your loved ones I highly recommend them without reservationnnPlease show the team kindness and give them the thanks they deserve more ... hide ...
