I have lived here since 2008 New company took over in 2014 It was down hill for awhile They finally got a manager that gets things done for the people Maintenance is great

Never fix anything Things are always stolen from properties Hire unlicensed contractors to fix issues and the issues are never resolved Inadequate office hours and maintenance resource hours If an issue occurs over the weekend it will take days to fix it Not recommended to occupy
