This office is extremely unprofessional and ghetto Ive called several times and was sent to voice mail of Nina Chamlers Shes the Executive Director at ext 11 and she has failed to return my calls to file a formal complaint against her Field Representative Latisha Scott Latisha constantly post on social media about whos getting public assistance SEC 8 This is a criminal offense and a violation of the HUD Housing Urban Development privacy act to their clients Im not surprised of her unprofessional mannerism due to the fact she has an extensive criminal background This is not the type of Field Representative that should be trusted to walk through peoples homes and handle their personal information such as SSN DOB and Address Ive been advised that someone with a Felony Charge and Battery Misdemeanor Charges in their background are not suppose to be working in this type of environment Latisha Scott needs to be fired and Ive already launched a formal complaint with HUD to launch an investigation on Latisha Im pretty sure she was hired before she obtained these charges but now that shes disclosing personal information on a public platform She needs to be terminated immediately If her Boss is covering up for her then she should be investigated as well Please do not allow Latisha Scott to inspect your home Im sure they have someone else that is more trust worthy If you dont believe what Im saying you can go Downtown Waukegan to the Circuits Courts Records Department and obtain a copy of her criminal background for it is PUBLIC RECORDS I believe shes on probation as of now more ... hide ...

The apartment overall was a nice size but the whole contract its self is a scam I was staying their and got behind on my rent because I had a repo on my car as a single mother I had to make a decision to keep my apartment or the car so I decided to keep the car so I moved out because they stated they were placing and eviction I called a lawyer after I moved 2021-01-14T15:49:46Z
The apartment overall was a nice size but the whole contract its self is a scam I was staying their and got behind on my rent because I had a repo on my car as a single mother I had to make a decision to keep my apartment or the car so I decided to keep the car so I moved out because they stated they were placing and eviction I called a lawyer after I moved out and no eviction was placed but here is were they scam you I moved out November 1st of 2019 I was then hit with a collections notice of 2k for 3 months of rent I never stayed there November December and January Then I called to see if Im able to move back in after I pay the money off since they never evicted me and the rude lady said no because we were in the process of evicting you but no eviction is on my record just a balance owed Rude office staff more ... hide ...
