This real estate company owns several properties Palms at Magnolia Park Tampa Florida Riverview aka The PROJECTS at Magnolia PUKE being one I attempted to write the review for Palms at Magnolia Park but for some reason the review isnt showing on Palms page My daughter emailed Inland to let them know how this property was being managed and that Palms was not adhering to Federal Law when it came to illicit drug use on the property and in the units that come up through the vents The decline in the type of neighbors we ended up with versus when we first move there is a DRAMATIC difference The street racing that kept us up at nights the loud neighbors and their guests and the yelling babies in the breezeway and playing in the drains in the middle of the streets Inland dont care about folk just care about money Palms had this email they would send out called Raffle for Reviews So those 5 stars are LIES You will never see a reviewer on Palms with more than 5 places reviewed mostly 1 review and thats Palm because they are FAKE To deceive the general public Look at the videos and pictures on my Google page They speak for themselves Lastly the Property Manager Garrett is the nastiest dumbest and most disconnected Property Manager Ive ever experienced DO NOT MOVE INTO PALMS AT MAGNOLIA PARK if you value cleanliness quiet and your sanity more ... hide ...

Ive been trying to meet any staff who will help explain criteria for getting on a waiting list show me 1 BR model or AT LEAST be kind enough to give me a floorplan This is my 5th year of getting NO RESPECT NO RESPONSE Treated me like a criminal didnt even let me in lobby or reply to voicemail NOR sent any info by USMail Certainly not what expected from 2020-11-10T20:04:34Z
