if i could give them negative stars i would if you care about your quality of living or peace of mind you DO NOT want to live in sunset hills apartments I have had my vehicles vandalized several times and they refuse to let me install surveillance cameras I witnessed one of their maintenance men putting nails behind my cars tire in an attempt to make my tire go flat and they are aware i transport my child in my vehicle They refuse to repair anything at all the apartments have aluminum wiring which is extremely dangerous there has been multiple fires around the complex in the past year the heat air conditioning and appliances do not work the only thing that does work is the water if you have any other option at all for a living situation i strongly encourage you to live somewhere else more ... hide ...

I am currently a resident here If you are a younger person thinking about living here I absolutely do not recommend it I have had issues with office management since I have moved in There was a couple valid complaints made which had been corrected the older residents have made false accusations against me From false noise complaints too many friends visiting Im high risk pregnancy also just got a dog so I am constantly being checked on by friends and family People parking in somebodies assigned parking space dont even know anybody that has the vehicle that was described Being accused of selling drugs Office management watching my apartment from their vehicle when they leave each day I have videos and you can clearly see them staring at my apartment for about a minute and a half Asking the older people with windows facing my apartment to watch and keep count of how many people come in and out of my apartment each day and now I have woken up to phone calls saying that the office management is standing outside and watching when me or my fiance leave for work at this point what I am describing is harassment more ... hide ...

Decent place to live if you pay your rent on time and dont cause problems Management can be difficult if your not directly talking to Molly the main person in charge in the office710 times no one was in the office when office hours were going on I also remember them changing the hours frequently in the small amount of time I lived there This is due to the fact they have one main girl in there doing the job of 5 people I recommend this place to small families but if you have over 3 kids youll be cramped like crazy They try to notify tenets of any inspections or anything going on with with the property like black topping the whole parking lot within 3 days but sometimes was late and gave 48 hour notice Which their notice means one piece of paper on the door of your whole until in the smallest lettering Other than the little stuff if I had to I would move back in an emergency Your experience here is entirely up to your own situation though and it works for some but may not for you more ... hide ...
