Ronnika Thats really all I need to say She def deserve for me to elaborate This woman right here is the truth She knows how to communicate affectively listen actively and she actually care Believe it or not I felt like she was a friend lol but seriously I thank her and her urgency to get me in my unit She goes above and beyond to help you and for you to clearly understand the process of renting here She dont sugarcoat anything and she helps you out from her experience of what you need to do If youre not a good person youre just not a good person and your background will show that Nothing she can or willing to do But if you are a great person with sense a good background etc once you get your pre approval start packing because Ronnika make things happen She answers her phone she response to voicemails and emails too In a timely manner at that I have to get her lunch or SOMETHING Shes not lazy at all shes always in a great mood and very professional I can give positive feedback about her all day Carriage Creek is well maintained clean sanitized and quiet for the most part That office do not play about riffraff and I love that The way Ronnika and her compliance team work together to get the right candidates in units I know my neighbors went through the same and I literally have not a worry Ronnikka thank you so much to Carriage Creek team but mostly MS RONNIKA D more ... hide ...

Keep your receipts and lease because they will try to rob you They wanted me to pay more than what my lease stated and I refused to do so I am working on getting the crap off my credit because if this complex I am so glad I kept my bank statements and chescks they cashed The lady in the office failed to do her job by apparently putting the wrong dollar amoun 2017-07-04T19:41:16Z
Keep your receipts and lease because they will try to rob you They wanted me to pay more than what my lease stated and I refused to do so I am working on getting the crap off my credit because if this complex I am so glad I kept my bank statements and chescks they cashed The lady in the office failed to do her job by apparently putting the wrong dollar amount on the lease they signed it and then a month later they tried to get more money out of me Sorry but I am paying what my lease says not a dime more The apartment was not worth it my tub kept backing up maintenance were sloppy with their work the machine half washed your clothes and left my clothes soaked and the dryers did not dry I would not recommend this place to anyone for the money they charge People kept ringing my bell smoking weed and drinking in the hallways I am so glad I am no longer there youd be better off renting a town home at Pangea in Park Forest IL The appliances were old and my dishwasher did not work Before I signed my lease I told them the month I needed to move by and that I wanted a top floor They told me ok no problem it will be ready when you sign your lesse I came about 2 weeks later to sign my lease they had my move in month wrong and I had to take the first floor apartment because that was all they had available I was miserable because kids ran across my patio throwing paper the lady above me acted like she had to walk every 5 seconds and she would be loud I complained and nothing happened Look else where they will try to rip you off please as I stated earlier keep your receipts bank statements and lease close by because they will try to rip you offIf I can give this place 0 stars I would more ... hide ...

This apartment complex has totally went down I have been here for over 8 years and this new leasing company is horrible They havent updated anything They replaced the parking lot then started towing our cars if they didnt have parking passes in the windows We have indoor outdoor carpet that buckles No updated appliances But they have been going up on our ren 2022-02-11T14:51:38Z
This apartment complex has totally went down I have been here for over 8 years and this new leasing company is horrible They havent updated anything They replaced the parking lot then started towing our cars if they didnt have parking passes in the windows We have indoor outdoor carpet that buckles No updated appliances But they have been going up on our rent 75 every year since they took over And plow company they use is horrible I shoveled a walk way from unit to the front of the complex because I needed to get out when it snowed They came the next day to plow and shovel Garbage has been a disaster I dont what type of tenant thats renting now but clearly they are people that have no value for where they stay All the longterm tenants are moving out I would not recommend living here more ... hide ...
