Have lived here almost 2 years now overall good place to live Rent is a little steep but they are one of the few places in Rockford that will let you have 2 dogs that also offer attached garages I did have one issue where I ordered food via hello fresh and they failed to tell me about it for more than a week but that issue seems to have been resolved For wha 2018-05-03T00:19:29Z
Have lived here almost 2 years now overall good place to live Rent is a little steep but they are one of the few places in Rockford that will let you have 2 dogs that also offer attached garages I did have one issue where I ordered food via hello fresh and they failed to tell me about it for more than a week but that issue seems to have been resolved For what you get its not an outlandish price and its a pretty quiet complex and close to a lot of things Overall they were really good to work with especially with all my schedule issues with move out and helping me get carpet cleaners in to satisfy my lease requirement and for a very reasonable price Overall this was a pretty good place to live and a good company to work with in the process Also to address the concerns that all they care about is money I found during my move out they were extremely reasonable with charges and I was only charged for things that were warranted They also give you a list of things to check ahead of time and I could have easily bought these things on my own if I had time stove drip pans etc more ... hide ...

This place is number 1 Clean roomseasy assess to public Transportation secured building well lit parking lot and great people The staff is top notch and treat u like a person and not just money

Very decent place to live the application process is slow and you HAVE to obey the rules but its a great affordable place to live when you need help

I recently live at a property from these people have been living there for more then 2 years now and since the covid 19 everything has been tough especially since Im a single mother with 4 kids my hours at work where cut and got covid and all my babies at the same time I never missed a rent payment but Im recently backed up 3months of rent so these people decide to be funny and send of there maintaining guys to come Friday 052821 around 330pm or 4pm to go and disconnect our electricity from our unit How low to know I have a 4year old and 12 yr and other kids they didnt care to leave us with no power remind you it was freezing last night Low scum people Ill tell u one thing Ill make sure they get reported more ... hide ...
