So everybody I gave them 5 stars at the beginning when we just moved in Its been year and we have to extend lease due the prices in houses is so high Now what is changed Well backyard is very nice but you cant grill there when we moved we saw most ppl has grill on balcony or on backyard So we thought we can grill they didnt tell that we cant Backyard is alwa 2022-08-12T01:02:36Z
So everybody I gave them 5 stars at the beginning when we just moved in Its been year and we have to extend lease due the prices in houses is so high Now what is changed Well backyard is very nice but you cant grill there when we moved we saw most ppl has grill on balcony or on backyard So we thought we can grill they didnt tell that we cant Backyard is always dirty but they supposed to clean it and cut grass Ants I had take care of it by myself I placed 3 tickets followed up but ants still was coming Maintenance is very poor they dont know job and cant fix anything from first time Leasing officethere working nice ppl which changing very often they never at the office never pick up the phone never have time for you They increase price for rent Pool is bad quality My son scratched his feet very very bad he couldnt wear shoes So in general not bad community but its over priced for this place and location trust me not perfect For everything that they are charging I can tell it over and over price For that amount you can rent single family house Before signing lease review it carefully They have craziest fees and prices on everything Im not recommending this place Over price and bad customer service more ... hide ...

Do not put your loved ones here The place is ruined down they cant keep it staffed and the nurse Carrie and administrator Erin dont care about who is living there just that all the rooms are full Thank god my grandma had family that would check on her amd when the neglect started we got her out of there To show how much they dont care about the residents The 2021-07-06T18:24:15Z
Do not put your loved ones here The place is ruined down they cant keep it staffed and the nurse Carrie and administrator Erin dont care about who is living there just that all the rooms are full Thank god my grandma had family that would check on her amd when the neglect started we got her out of there To show how much they dont care about the residents They just got new furniture in the lobby and it should be there for residents and loved ones to sit on a visit with each other but all the residents were told by Erin they could not sit in it or use it its for show and they dont want the new furniture recked In 6 years that was the inly think I saw Plum Creek replace and the residents paying 4000 or more a month cant use more ... hide ...
