I lived here for 9 years in my 20searly 30s and I cant recommend Pebbleshire enough The buildings and property are really well maintained pretty clean and VERY safe Common areahallway carpets are professionally cleaned often and the exteriors are powerwashed a couple times a year Snow removal was very quick The buildings were secure and management really st 2021-11-15T23:10:53Z
I lived here for 9 years in my 20searly 30s and I cant recommend Pebbleshire enough The buildings and property are really well maintained pretty clean and VERY safe Common areahallway carpets are professionally cleaned often and the exteriors are powerwashed a couple times a year Snow removal was very quick The buildings were secure and management really stressed safety not buzzing strangers in to the buildingnnManagement was very communicative professional and friendly and kept us all up to date with newsletters or notes notifying us of cleanings or routine maintenance Anytime I ever had an issue leaky faucet problem with fridge clogged drain etc the property manager Lisa responded right away and the issue was always fixed quicklynnI moved out only because I bought a place but if I needed to rent again I would 100 go back to Pebbleshire Rent is fair and the location is great you also really cant beat the quality or safety Plus the surrounding neighborhood is beautiful friendly and theres a great park or two within walking distance more ... hide ...
