If I could give 6 stars I would I have been here 4 months and am very impressed I know that management has changed over the past couple of years but I have had nothing but good experiences since moving in The rent rates are competitive in the area and they have continued to do refurbishments to beautify the complex from new roofs to full building paint jobs to fence replacements The maintenance team was previously understaffed but all of my requests have been addressed in a timely manner Carlos is greathe is always present and attentive The pool has been a highlight as well perfect temp and crystal clear water and they are keeping it open even later than most pools around that close on Labor Day great for this extended summer heat The whole area has been clean and I was always able to find a lounge chair to enjoy Eddy has done a great job maintaining the water and keeping peace on the deck I have met some really nice neighbors thereit is a great social meet up spot I have heard stories from the past and read old reviews but things have changed and I look forward to using the pool again next summer more ... hide ...

I would never recommend my worst enemy to rent this apartmentnthe property manager is very unprofessional and I personally have been yelled at along with the profanities that follows from a person that supposed to treat seniors with with respect I have been threaten and called names weird things have been left on my door steps to scare me nThis person need 2020-08-12T22:03:26Z
