Ive been living here a month i took over some one elses lease coming in this was told to the front office girl and she told me to go on the wesite and put in an application when doing this that web page makes you choose an apartment or you cant complete the application Turns out Alicia front desk girl doesnt know how to do her job and give the right applications and because of this I lost my deposit on top of having to clean my own apartment before moving in because the managrment refused to even though the fault was really on the employee Since actually moving in every week i get bothered with something new the first week they hit me with an extra charge for not having house insurance even though that was required before i moved in When i called the office the same woman claimed they had nothing to do with it that it was their system that same system that sent me an email days earlier saying i was confirmed to have house insurance Even though you get two parking spots when you dont move your car for a week they try and tow it For not being driven even though the tags are good and theres no visable damage to the car Oh and when they know you work nights and sleep during the day they come banging on your door for maintance calls you didnt make more ... hide ...

I live at Longfellow Plaza It has very nice management and apartments are well maintainednBut I thought that there would be lots of places to gobeing near downtown since I do not have a car but other than church 3or4 nearby not much going on here Most likely exacerbated because of virus that is limiting activities The managers are excellent maintenance goo 2021-12-01T14:26:36Z
