Its a beautiful apartment complex far as the grounds But the residents and the reputation is what will keep me moving on from wanting to rent there The inside of the apartments are nicely done and updated All upstairs units have balconies and the grounds like I said are nicely done and they keep them looking immaculate I just cant do apartment living because 2018-06-12T15:16:33Z

Cops out there every weekweekend Maintenance slow at fixing issues Grounds are dirty Neighborhood kids are disrespectful and management is known to be rude After three years of living there my husband and I were evicted because we had too many visitors I dont recommend living there unless you are handy at fixing your own issues or an older person

I really dont know how to give the best review without sounding too opinionated but this used to be a school turned apartments and community center Its a lot that goes on around the building pertaining to the crowds of people that hangout around there and it can be unsafe So beware The inside of the apartments are bland and basic and lack appeal no windows t 2019-04-15T13:05:06Z
I really dont know how to give the best review without sounding too opinionated but this used to be a school turned apartments and community center Its a lot that goes on around the building pertaining to the crowds of people that hangout around there and it can be unsafe So beware The inside of the apartments are bland and basic and lack appeal no windows to look out of its just not where I would call home The neighborhood is ruff and I could just see myself not feeling safe or comfortable Its not the property its really the people that live and frequent the premises theyve taken over and if the police had to drive around and hangout there its a no go for me more ... hide ...
