Ive been accused of using obscene language in the designated smoking area I dont curse in public I went to the office and told them that I didnt care if they believed me or not Well since it was only my word for what happened against 5 other people saying I did Who do you think they were going to believe I was right they didnt believe a word I said what happened But thats OK because I didnt expect them to Theres a little click out there and if youre not in it well your lieing because theyre going to make sure you do even when youre telling the truth The manager came out front of building and told me that I couldnt smoke on public property because I signed a paper saying I would only smoke in designated area Once my feet hit the sidewalk that paper is null and void They actually believe that they own the sidewalks around their building and whats worse is that they own half of the streets around this building So Delaware Street is changing to Independence South Garfield is going to change to Independence West and Columbia Avenue is going to be changed to Independence North Now would you put your loved ones or even yourself into a place where the people that runs it are that stupid Thats why Im moving next month As FORREST Gump said Stupid is as Stupid does more ... hide ...

Its very upsetting when it is advertised to incoming renters about having different amenities including two saltwater pools and its not swimmable to the current people that live here Brickyard advertises these amenities but if someone speaks up with an issue they say we dont pay amenity rent only rent for our living space We all know when people look for apartments they look for certain amenities such as a pool and places that dont have them have cheaper rent Sometimes its not open on time but will open at noon or later If that is the case I thought it would be to clean the pools but its not Every time I have come to swim I have had to skim the pool There are leaves and debris surrounding the pool where you walk The pool table is broke and you get 6 lounge chairs for the hundreds of residents Please do better more ... hide ...

I moved into a 2 bedroom apartment here in Feb of 08 and just recently moved out Aug of 21 This is a good place to live They did some much needed renovations about 5 years ago Not that the apartments were falling apart they just needed a more modern update The apartments are well maintained Anytime I reported a maintenance issue they took care of it within a 2021-09-20T16:55:45Z

The staff are impeccable The building design is awesome and accommodates the needs of the to tenants and security is state of the art
