Every time I come visit my grandma somebody attempt to break in my car Last year they stole my laptop bag which was under my seat They couldnt catch the villain because there were no cameras outside Someone stole their TV in the main lobby I wonder did they catch them since there is Cameras in the inside I truly wish she didnt move there

Its a good area the management is good my sister lives there I would love to find a 2 bedroom apartment at Stephanie Villas

Most of the good reviews are obviously bribed Pay attention to the real reviews They dont care about their tenants The property managers are very rude The parking lots have craters for potholes that have been there for over 5 years The units are charging high rent but do not have on call pest control nor have they been remodeled since they have been built There are so many problems with the water out here Pool hasnt been open in about 23 years Probably wont be open this year The ONLY nice thing about the apartments are the space and fireplace but what good is it if you have to have lived in your apartments for over 10 years in order to even get any fresh carpet or new flooring or be a family member of the property manager Take your money elsewhere where you dont have to argue over the issues your facing where you live because it is just very frustrating having to deal with women of color who are able to openly unprofessionally have attitudes on the job Even after a property manager change nothing is fixed more ... hide ...
