When I first went in to Edsall House I was made to feel welcome I am disabled due to the limited range of motion associated with my back post surgery I was led to believe that I was eligible for an apt We moved forward with the application process which included a background check of past rentals I knew I had it in the bag since Im a great tenant Ive never had a bad word said about me nor the apartments Ive rented Fast forward my acceptance letter arrived and boomDENIEDnnI was in complete and utter shock the office manager told me that a previous landlord said he would never rent to me again This came at a surprise to me the landlord in question never insinuated that he had a problem with me After cleaning the apt I received my deposit and moved on Everything in the apt was clean before I left As I said I received my deposit in full Had there been a problem one would imagine that the security deposit would have reflected itnnGot my appeal put in never heard back from them so I called 2 months later they said they sent my letter to me I said no you didnt They responded back saying we will resend the letter the way in which they said it was nasty and in a very standoffish way So I had my oldest son look into it for me He called them and he said they were disrespectful to him tooHe responded to me and said mom u would not want to spend your money with a company that cant find room to respect you during the application process I wasam heartbrokennnTo this day I wonder why Edsall House only checked 1 apt It would have made more sense to reach out to my current rental I have been here for 2 years and going Ive never posted a review like this but they made me feel bad saying if they let me inthey would have to let everyone else in what do they mean by that If they disrespect people like this one has to wonder if theres a flaw in their application processnnDisabled and still looking for a respectful place to stay more ... hide ...

Staff is very friendly and pretty awesome Poor maintenance man is over worked and alone so sometimes getting things fixed takes longer then it should but hes an absolute delight to be around so he makes up for it personality wise Some residents are annoyingly nosey and up in your business and try to tell you how to live but that isnt managements fault Comple 2022-02-28T06:58:48Z
Staff is very friendly and pretty awesome Poor maintenance man is over worked and alone so sometimes getting things fixed takes longer then it should but hes an absolute delight to be around so he makes up for it personality wise Some residents are annoyingly nosey and up in your business and try to tell you how to live but that isnt managements fault Complex is clean and quiet and well taken of Only real complaint is nosey neighbors but once you get to know them its a great place to live Absolutely beautiful during spring summer fall and Christmas time Residents plant flowers and put up decorations for holidays like Halloween and Christmas The community rooms are used daily when open so if you want to have coffee and a chat just come on down and someone is usually around to talk to Highly recommend more ... hide ...

Amazing I felt right at home here The ladies in the office are super sweet and they go above and beyond to help those who need it I lost my mom in 2016 The same year I became a mother myself I never felt like I had a home until I got my first apartment which was here I highly recommend this place The maintenance guys are pretty cool too Very nice people

I love living here My neighbors r friendly The maintenance staff is helpful most of the office staff r easy 2 talk 2 They keep the place nice cleaned free of snow
