I am moving back into fort Wayne And have had such a struggle finding an apartment while Im out of state Chris has been fantastic providing me with answers and pictures I cant wait to meet her she has been a blessing

If I could get this please zero I would I have lived here for almost 10 years and I have had work orders in for about five or six of those years I keep having to resubmit work orders nothing gets done and I think now we are on the third new owners of the property There is a lot of bed bug Roach infestations and mice infestations There are so many problems with the building itself and the apartments And I was told by maintenance that their main concern are the empty Apartments not the ones that are currently occupied Not to mention the elevator breaks down all the time and there is only one elevator It was down for almost 4 months in 2021 There are people in wheelchairs on the second and third floor who were trapped on those floors not to mention those who have a hard time walking or are in to bad of Health be able to go down the stairs I cannot wait to get out of here and hopefully it is soon All the apartments are 1 bedroom And theres different sizes of the apartments I should note that for two buildings there is only one maintenance person and he is severely overworked The only good thing I can say about it is it is incomebased and you do not pay utilities more ... hide ...

If I could give you guys ZERO stars JUST for your customer service skills ALONE I would I called just to ask about your apartment waiting list and received NOTHING but attitude And the really sad part is that I was speaking to the apartment manager according to the lady on the phone I understand she was frustrated with not being able to hear me as well but b 2021-06-14T17:19:14Z
If I could give you guys ZERO stars JUST for your customer service skills ALONE I would I called just to ask about your apartment waiting list and received NOTHING but attitude And the really sad part is that I was speaking to the apartment manager according to the lady on the phone I understand she was frustrated with not being able to hear me as well but being that I work in customer service myself I KNOW there are better ways to handle situations like that as opposed to continuously trying to hang up on someone and getting an attitude For that reason alone I am no longer interested in moving into YOUR apartments Or any other facility ran by people with manners like yours more ... hide ...

The office people ignore the phone and dont return calls or respond to messages left Reported my air not working and it took over a week and a half and air still isnt fixed Maintenance told me on Monday it would be fixed Tuesday Never got fixed Maintenance has to do a job several times before they get it fixed correctly Raises rent 250 more a month for abso 2022-05-31T20:40:09Z
