My experience was great in the beginning and I thought I was going to LOVE the new management However I recently was just informed that my lease that doesnt end until the summer holds no value to them I am being told that I have to move and find else where to stay in February even though I have never violated my current lease that I was told was going to be 2022-01-07T03:48:28Z
My experience was great in the beginning and I thought I was going to LOVE the new management However I recently was just informed that my lease that doesnt end until the summer holds no value to them I am being told that I have to move and find else where to stay in February even though I have never violated my current lease that I was told was going to be honored by new management I am not from the area so picking up and moving isnt an option for me so it puts me at risk of being homeless for the winter After informing the older lady at the front office that my lawyer just wanted to see a copy of the lease she came off as if she didnt know what she was doing rude and very unprofessional Nor did she provide any other information as to why it randomly became legal for her to kick me out of my apartment and not provide any reasonable solution I would like to speak with someone above her who could simply just help me get a better understanding of all this madness I am a stand up resident who believes in paying their bills on timein advance and keeping my apartment and its surroundings neat and presentable when I can I find this very unfair and downright morally wrong more ... hide ...

Moved into Marcy in July 2022 from Baltimore My apartment is awesome love all the nice finishes in the kitchen and bath My only issues are this place is not visitor friendly at all There is limited parking even for residents And as they continue opening up more buildings there will be less available unless you want to pay for a carport which is cheap but you 2022-09-23T18:11:39Z
Moved into Marcy in July 2022 from Baltimore My apartment is awesome love all the nice finishes in the kitchen and bath My only issues are this place is not visitor friendly at all There is limited parking even for residents And as they continue opening up more buildings there will be less available unless you want to pay for a carport which is cheap but you shouldnt have to If it is after 800 pm dont invite friends over they will not find parking The second issue is with our building doors I am a big fan of security we have a great security gate at the front but our buildings have key fob systems As much as that is ok it makes the resident have to run down and open the door any time they have a visitor because there is no system in place that will allow you to buzz someone in So if you are having a party or dinner party you have to stop cooking so you can run down and let your guests in the door Not convenient not visitor friendlynnThe place is quiet and kept very clean My neighbors are super cool and friendly And this place is very pet friendly no restrictions Just wish they would do something with the building security so that we can buzz in guestsnnThat is all more ... hide ...
