I am a current resident using a different namenConsidering the price it is not too terrible However there is definitely maintenance that needs to be taken care of around the property Streets need to be repaved as they are in terrible condition Buildings themselves need to be repainted for example one side of my door is painted white while the other side isnt painted at all As well as paint peeling in some areas around the apartment Landscaping definitely needs a touch up as well These seem like small things but it definitely makes a difference in the overall appearance and actually make your residents feel like you care Right now it gives a kind of raggedy feel and like you do not care about the condition your residents live in more ... hide ...

Leasing office is fantastic Apartment is huge for the price Parking always available Across the street is a great park and walking area down meridian lots of trees Everybody in the building is nice

If I could give this 0 starts I would this is THE WORST apartment you can ever live inwhen we fist move in the house was filthy we had to clean everything ourselves Everything you call the office they never Answer the phone Anytime you need a repair or any Maintenance help they never come unless you go to the office and make noise My AC have not been working 2022-07-17T02:01:42Z

Calling the health department No hot water pets in the walls they dont answer the phone If you complain they try to put you out They will tow your car if you dont park in the lines when theyre no lines As much money as they make towing car they should get the parking lot fixed They fix NOTHING Shower been leaking from day one When he come to turn it on said 2021-11-15T00:08:40Z
