When I first moved in there was someone in the office during hours posted Maintenance is a joke They came to fix my dishwasher 3 times it was leaking and needed a new seal Lied to me about ordering one to replace it They put tape to rig it Told me I could use it Started leaking again I gave up The shower knobs didnt work right hardly got any hot water Befor 2022-04-21T22:08:40Z
When I first moved in there was someone in the office during hours posted Maintenance is a joke They came to fix my dishwasher 3 times it was leaking and needed a new seal Lied to me about ordering one to replace it They put tape to rig it Told me I could use it Started leaking again I gave up The shower knobs didnt work right hardly got any hot water Before I moved you could hardly find anyone in the office and they one that worked in there was extremely rude They even at one point had a resident taking messages for them on the phone so they didnt have to be there The parking lot was horrible with holes everywhere You had to fight to find a place to live because the residents would have 3 or 4 families living in one apartment and have 3to 4 cars They told me when I moved in every Friday they had pest control come out They were out once The place is a joke more ... hide ...

Why have we not been told our water AND gas will potentially be shut off today due to non payment by the owners of this complex Every resident here pays their money each month to management with the express purpose of having those bills paid in a timely manner This is insane how can this be right Why are we going to have to go with out fresh hot or cold wat 2022-02-17T15:41:26Z

Lived there for 3 years pros and cons belownPros Convenient location close to downtown very affordable good university student budget fast maintenancennCons Loud area at the corner of 2 very busy streets constant turnover with property managers some ok some incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional poor communication between managers and tenants and among managers themselves overall the administrative aspects of the complex are incredibly disorganized and often unprofessional excessive mold buildup in bathroom only a window and even w window and door open it is impossible to stop terrified to even look beyond ceiling tiles to see how bad it was up there repeated flooding in downstairs apartments because of poor laundry facilities manager refused to replace faulty laundry machines and blamed issues on tenants in building we were denied a walkthrough when moving out of the apartment more ... hide ...
