If I could give 0 stars I would The apartment itself is okay and it was what I expected for the price Most of The tenants are horrid It is suppose to be a smoke free building and it is not Residents smoke inside and outside around the doors on a daily basis I have been threatened and harassed for months by a group of tenants in the building They have loud 2021-07-04T22:21:35Z
If I could give 0 stars I would The apartment itself is okay and it was what I expected for the price Most of The tenants are horrid It is suppose to be a smoke free building and it is not Residents smoke inside and outside around the doors on a daily basis I have been threatened and harassed for months by a group of tenants in the building They have loud parties inside and outside in the patio area and the parking lot They block my carport area so that I can not use it Throw their cigarettes and trash all over the building and the parking lot They block the doorways and make it difficult to enter If you have any other choice do not rent form this apartment location The company that owns it has better well kept apartment buildings with nice tenants I do not know why they are letting this one be overran with people that dont know how to live properly I have contacted the apartment leasing agent and the company that owns the building No one seems to want to do anything to make the apartments better There are many residents including myself planning to move when their lease is up more ... hide ...

Ive only lived here for a short time but in that short time I have grown to really like this place It is a secure building with an elevator Large apartments with a giant size closet in the master bedroom andna nice laundry room on the 3rd floor The mail is delivered inside the building and all the residents are very nice people Gas heat is included with the 2019-09-24T02:55:01Z

Secure building Office staff is invisible building lobby area not well maintained For the price guess you cant expect much more
