The owners Herman and Kittles wont fix the security door on the building 3761 N Meridian St The property managers have been telling the residents they are looking over bids to repair it for over 6 months I personally had to call Indianapolis Fire Alarm Co in order to get the fire alarms reset after going off for over 9 hours Just unacceptable behavior and c 2015-12-31T23:50:22Z

AVOID AVOID AVOIDnIt looks good from the outside but a walk through will give you the real picture of their lack of maintenance Hallway carpets are a nasty dirty dog waste spotted messthe parking garage overhead entry door often does not worktheir answer is to leave the door open along with the unlocked door entry to the building they are NOT very security consciencethe police have been called when an unknown man was found sleeping in the stair well to escape the winter coldnnThe elevator is not reliable Experienced several days without itmoving in or out can present issues without the elevator if youre not on the first floor Not to mention everyday needsaccessnnAfter the lease is signed the office staff become unhelpful and unpleasantbordering on rudenThey do not provide any orientation or anything as simple as a welcome packet with basic information I have helped several new residents understand how to dispose of their trash bags after I learned the process from another residentnnThey made several mistakes regarding coding my entry info for the security door They forgot to process some lease info requiring me to redonI paid extra for garage parking and they were always going to get me my parking tagnThey are ALWAYS going to help you but never donThey have many rules but none seemed to be enforced eg having to enter the building through a cloud of smoke Or dogs allowed to run off leashnnLike most places they find ways to keep your deposit and even bill you for a bit extra That is almost too be expected BUT these folks have taken it to a new levelthey send you the bill to your Brookhaven address even though they have your new address that states it is due within 30 days or will be turned over to collections Their twist is they wait about 14 days to mail it So between the mail forwarding process and their delay in mailing there is an obvious attempt to create a problemnnIn my experience the office staff are disingenuous and rude people interested only in meeting whatever quotas that have been imposed by their offsite leadershipnAgain I second Mary Brownmy recommendation is to avoid this place more ... hide ...

Management is horrible you can barely get in contact with anyone Even calling the corporate office is a joke because no one responds They dont have a working gym facility nor do they have a working computer room So false information on their website If you need something fixed it takes at least 2 week for someone to come look at it They only have one Mainten 2019-05-28T21:39:37Z
Management is horrible you can barely get in contact with anyone Even calling the corporate office is a joke because no one responds They dont have a working gym facility nor do they have a working computer room So false information on their website If you need something fixed it takes at least 2 week for someone to come look at it They only have one Maintenance person on duty everyday and she does the best she can do especially having to do it all alone The office Hours on the website say they close at 6 but they close at 5 Misleading once again They have no working phone or answering machine so leaving a message wont do you any good They lie to your face when they said someone will call you back Just the worse apartments Ive been in and Im not even on section 8 more ... hide ...

My mother has had a leaky toilet since before Christmas She also needs her shower head replaced along with her bedroom blinds replaced and this morning she placed a call her screen door fell off The message she received back was maintenance is not available for the next month This is unacceptable I have noticed the elevator floor to go up has not been cleaned in months It is dirty and even looks like blood or something is on it When my mother first moved in 6 years ago this building was not like this Former maintenance people were on the spot I have sent multiple emails asking for her to get her maintenance issues fixed No response Ive asked if there is a portal that these request should go into I have asked for that information and no feedback My mother can call and no answer She goes down and they refuse to see her without an appointment but how can she make an appointment if they dont answer calls or return calls I dont know what is going on there but you need to get your staff to take care of their tenants We are your customer you need to remember this and customer care is lacking Very frustrated and disappointed to see such a nice complex take a dive in the past year more ... hide ...
