If I could give lower than 1 star I would I know this is low income housing however does that mean the management has to be low income also When I first moved in the carpet was so dirty that not even Stanley Steamers could get it clean Stanley Steamer said that it just needed to be ripped out When I moved out they charged me for the carpet I told them that it was bad when I moved in and wrote down in my file that I thought it needed to be cleaned again but never came back to do so They ended up reporting the unpaid charge to the credit bureau After arguing with them for 2 years they now have no record of what the original issue was very convenient It has come down to I either pay the charge or it remains on my credit report because the owner will have nothing else to do with it On top of not being an unsafe community it is also dirty and the office management is shady My Recommendation Look into another apartment community more ... hide ...
