Me and my family have been living here since around 2019 It was alright until we started having issues with our toilet The maintence came and it took them almost a MONTH to fix it Another issue that has been continuing to happen is our fridge It has been leaking water all over ever since our first month of living here and they havent done anything to fix it 2022-03-12T19:52:20Z
Me and my family have been living here since around 2019 It was alright until we started having issues with our toilet The maintence came and it took them almost a MONTH to fix it Another issue that has been continuing to happen is our fridge It has been leaking water all over ever since our first month of living here and they havent done anything to fix it One major issue is early in the summer of 2021 we had a literal MOUSE crawling behind our couch We could hear it chewing through a plastic bag squeking and everything The only thing that maintence did was give us traps Luckily we got rid of it but still We shouldnt have to be worrying about these kinds of things especially with me and my sister being kids If we could move we would but we cant afford to so this is the best well be able to get more ... hide ...

The start of our experience was very good here but as they say all good things come to an end We have lived here for a year and a half We have paid our rent on time every month caused no issues with other tenants nor have we continually violated lease terms In the beginning we were charged dog rent and deposit for a dog we didnt even have and never got compe 2020-08-29T01:52:41Z
The start of our experience was very good here but as they say all good things come to an end We have lived here for a year and a half We have paid our rent on time every month caused no issues with other tenants nor have we continually violated lease terms In the beginning we were charged dog rent and deposit for a dog we didnt even have and never got compensated even after we clarified that we in fact didnt own a dog and were being charged for doing so Today we found that with no reason given we are told to vacate our apartment at the end of our lease despite the fact we have done nothing wrong In addition when we called to inquire about the notice we were told no reason had to be given and they couldnt give us one I call bs We have known for a while that they dont likewant us here and have been making other arrangements however now we are having to put it in overdrive due to their favoritism of some tenants over others Save your time and money You will eventually get screwed I have already notified my attorney and have a consultation Monday as they have not provided a reason and we have done nothing notably wrong We will be lucky if we get our whole security deposit back at this point more ... hide ...

My gripe isnt with the company or property itself Its with the residents Most of them are lazy good for nothing and trashy They take no pride in their community and litter like the ground is the garbage can They are disrespectful and entitled Living with and I assume working for these people is quite miserable Also their is a mass amount of disabled people t 2019-01-24T19:46:50Z
My gripe isnt with the company or property itself Its with the residents Most of them are lazy good for nothing and trashy They take no pride in their community and litter like the ground is the garbage can They are disrespectful and entitled Living with and I assume working for these people is quite miserable Also their is a mass amount of disabled people that are picked up and dropped off all through out the day by short transpo busses and they block the ONE main drive we all use to exitenter the property It seems to me that there are facilities better suited for the needs of those people Its not far to them to be packed into these small apartments I cant wait to find a better community where the people take pride in where the live instead of simply nesting and crapping where they eat more ... hide ...

Preserves At Fir Rd is a great place to live The staff is very courteous and helpful Maintenance is done in a timely fashion if anything goes wrong Even the neighbors are very quiet you dont hear a lot of noise from upstairs neighbors The only bad thing is the long waiting list to get in It took us over 2 years but the wait is really worth it
