I saw a pretty nasty review for this place so I figured I would counteract that inaccurate 1 star review I love living here and I am even encouraging my sister to do so as well In my opinion this place deserves 5 stars The office staff couldnt be more friendly and helpful I havent walked away from there once without having whatever I needed resolved and laug 2022-03-09T16:24:13Z
I saw a pretty nasty review for this place so I figured I would counteract that inaccurate 1 star review I love living here and I am even encouraging my sister to do so as well In my opinion this place deserves 5 stars The office staff couldnt be more friendly and helpful I havent walked away from there once without having whatever I needed resolved and laughing with everyone Every maintenance request I have had has been dealt with the same day unless I asked them to come on a specific daynIm single with no kids and I even notice how family friendly the neighborhood is especially during the summer I let my niece walk down to the park alone which was never the case anywhere else I have lived I talk to my neighbors and wave to the maintenance men every time I see them Im pretty big on minding my own business and leaving people alone so this is a very uncommon thing for me to do It is also dog friendly and they have multiple doggy bag stations The only thing that would make it better is if there was a dog parknThe owner is actually a pretty chill and reasonable dude He met with me inperson about an issue and I didnt even request that meeting Good luck finding another landlord who will do that with you Plus the updates to property and the units show he is financially invested in making this place better for his tenants That cannot be said for a lot of property ownersnSo between the price vibe of the area and quality of the staff you cant beat living here more ... hide ...

I have lived here two years and I think this place is great The maintenance staff is jolly on the spot when something breaks and the grounds are kept clean However the main reason I stayed for another year was the manager and assistant manager I can not say enough good things about them they work with you no matter the situation and always are friendly Un 2020-09-01T17:11:01Z

Maintenance man told me how the apartment management knew a guy who worked out of town and was leaving his dogs while he was away Months later they have to gut the place because of the rotten dogs and the damage they caused trying to get out If you care about animals it would be bad to live here

These apartments are ok I am frustrated more with not being able to call the office get in touch with anyone Anytime I have questions they go unanswered or they take more than a week or two to get back to me I just wish people cared about the ones who live in their apartments rather than just getting a paycheck Please be better property ownersmanagers

So far I am not impressed I moved in on the 1st and havent had a working dryer I moved in and they didnt even have the vents hooked up and only had a busted up one in there it took the maintenance man almost a full week to get in there to hook up the dryer They blamed me for wanting to move in one day early when I waited a month for an apartment that was supposed to be ready November 9th After he finally hooked up the dryer I tried to dry clothes and my dryer would not stay on longer then 3 minutes So here I am been without a dryer sense the 1st of December and their solution is walkdrive to an apartment In the rain after work 16 hour shifts to make sure I make them their rent money to dry my clothes I have sent messages to the office asking for updates on my dryer and they wont reply I have to walk to the office and get a direct answer I also dont feel the office staff is that friendly nor care about the inconvenience I used to be a Leasing Manger before I got my Job at UPS and this place didnt even do a move in check list but probably expect me to do a move out check list when I move out They dont have to like me after this but rent will be paid on time If this is a continuing issue I may do an early buy out of lease after 6 months more ... hide ...
