Been living out here for 3 years and have regretted it since I have watched countless management quit or walk out on the job I have experienced great maintenance men leave and we even had a sex offender and drug addicts on the job as well I am not saying I have been the ideal tenant but I have not caused problems and my apartment is in great condition thanks 2017-10-13T19:41:50Z
Been living out here for 3 years and have regretted it since I have watched countless management quit or walk out on the job I have experienced great maintenance men leave and we even had a sex offender and drug addicts on the job as well I am not saying I have been the ideal tenant but I have not caused problems and my apartment is in great condition thanks to me and my persistence My problem started yesterday when I received a notice on my door Obviously it was a mistake but the new management could not explain the reason for the notice I was told to come into the office today and discuss as the district manager would be there Well Im at the office and the door is locked but they are not closed and the sign is saying they will be back at a certain time but that time has passed The other issue I have is the incorrect information about renting the club house I was given one time to be there but the maintenance just informed me that we can not access the clubhouse until the office closes at 5 Wow and we already planned for the party to start at 5 assuming we would have access at 4 when the office closes I have ignored a lot out here including the lack of professionalism The grounds have went down terribly and overall appearance of the property is horrible I keep my area clean but unfortunately if the community lacks concern and pride then my area blends in with the rest Im tired and yes I can move with the way the housing market is and the recent shutdown of my job my options are fewPlease someone from corporate come in and speak to the tenants about whats going on I know we should be heard We need you now Please and Thank You more ... hide ...
