Moved in 42520according to my lease I was on a month to month basis with a 30 DAY NOTICE required after 43021 Moved out prior to 33122 Called on 6822 regarding my one month damage deposit which should have been returned by mid May Was told that it would be checked out and I would receive a call back I received NO call back but got a letter in the mail f 2022-06-23T16:44:08Z
Moved in 42520according to my lease I was on a month to month basis with a 30 DAY NOTICE required after 43021 Moved out prior to 33122 Called on 6822 regarding my one month damage deposit which should have been returned by mid May Was told that it would be checked out and I would receive a call back I received NO call back but got a letter in the mail from National Credit Systems Inc nine days later This notice to COLLECT A DEBT FROM ME was in the amount of 109000nSo now I am out one months rent AND am supposed to pay an additional 1090 for what I have no idea HISTORY of this I left the rental in excellent shapebetter than when I moved in I still have received no notice of damages no move out settlement statement and of course NO PHONE CALL This seems to be how they operate When I disputed the length of notice time 30 versus 60 days the office person was going to check it out and call me back but never did so I extended my lease another 30 with a hand carried letter and rent payment eliminating the need to argue the point with people who are unable to communicate let alone call back with information in a timely mannernI have excellent credit have always paid on time did not damage their propertyyet this company seems to have no clue I was called long after I had moved back to Florida for a walk thru of the rental I had vacated weeks or months earlier When I advised the person that I was no longer in the state of Indiana and they should have been aware of that she told me she had probably confused me with another person vacating their rental at about the same time Now I am wondering how confused this company is It would be nice if someone with copies of MY TWO handwritten letters MY lease not their lease which I was informed might be different from mine and MY checks could contact me and straighten this outotherwise my one star rating is way too high This is a very simple matter as far as I knowit would be great if someone could just LOOK at the papers and straighten it outbut I am not sitting by the phone waiting cause I have been there and done that more ... hide ...

I lived at Hamilton Station Apartments for 5 years Management used to be fantastic Not anymore This place cares about money and that is truly it Upon my move out after paying almost 3 grand total to break my lease they charged me 450 in damages that were all normal wear and tear I called the office AT LEAST 10 times because thats what my paper said to do if 2021-10-08T21:19:45Z
I lived at Hamilton Station Apartments for 5 years Management used to be fantastic Not anymore This place cares about money and that is truly it Upon my move out after paying almost 3 grand total to break my lease they charged me 450 in damages that were all normal wear and tear I called the office AT LEAST 10 times because thats what my paper said to do if there were any issues with the charges and never got a phone call back I went in the office in person to speak with India She said I shouldve made an appointment to speak about something like this India if youre reading this answer the phone That would make your request much easier I was told to prove that I didnt cause the damages but HSA lost all of my paperwork when they bought the complex from Pendleton Place They had none of my documents from move in none of my work orders just one single resigned lease UNORGANIZEDnAll in all I took them to small claims for my deposit and the 450 I ended up paying to avoid collections and WON Dont let this place walk all over you at move out Know your tenant rights more ... hide ...
