I absolutely love love living in Anderson Crossing Ive had nothing but a great experience living here for the last year and 7 months the girls in the office are so Awesome and if anything is wrong as far as maintenance they have been great to me my apartment is perfect for me but one of the best things here is how nice and professional the girls are it makes 2021-07-01T14:48:02Z

This place is vile Disgusting attitudes at the front desk Specifically the lady that sits on the right corner of the front desk My therapist is amazingly kind but everyone else there are complete aholes Do not bring your children here and if youre an adult seeking help for yourself I recommend going somewhere else Unfortunately Indiana pretty much has no act 2022-03-11T23:29:31Z

I lived here for almost 3 years We were not allowed to do a walk through to look at apartment until we had all of our things and were ready to move in Upon moving in no staff was there to do a walkthrough with us and when we walked in we were shocked to see it was not like the pictures we were shown Holes and cracks just painted over stains in the carpet doo 2021-02-24T17:13:24Z
I lived here for almost 3 years We were not allowed to do a walk through to look at apartment until we had all of our things and were ready to move in Upon moving in no staff was there to do a walkthrough with us and when we walked in we were shocked to see it was not like the pictures we were shown Holes and cracks just painted over stains in the carpet doors very old and cheap tile of floor was not taken care of We actually had a stain of a work boot at our front door tiles from someone stepping into some kind of glue I scrubbed it for hours and it never came upnStaff lied and said we did a walkthrough and said everything looked good In the 2 years I was there I had to call maintenance multiple times to fix the same thing over and over Frozen AC my sink leaked and flooded my kitchen MULTIPLE times and every time they would fix it and within a week it would leak againnWhen doing our move out walkthrough maintenance found nothing wrong with the home other than stains on the carpet that had been there since we moved in We were told we would be charged almost 600 for it Needless to say I will be fighting to make sure I get my deposit backnUnless you are desperate do yourself a favor and find something better Almost 1000 a month for a half done apartment that will cause you more heartache and headache than anything I gave 2 stars because there was one maintenance member and one staff member that were really caring wonderful people and very down to earth more ... hide ...
