This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an apartment complex They control everything If you get your tv connection from them they charge you 90 for their cheapest plan If you go through another provider you have to give them a 150 security fee and you have to put the satellite on your porch in case of damage to your property There is basica 2014-01-26T00:03:18Z
This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an apartment complex They control everything If you get your tv connection from them they charge you 90 for their cheapest plan If you go through another provider you have to give them a 150 security fee and you have to put the satellite on your porch in case of damage to your property There is basically no water pressure Today I got stuck trying to get out of my parking spot for 20 minutes because the property manager did not feel it was necessary to put salt down or remove the snow from the parking lot When they did they left a 3 foot pile of snow directly behind my car Mind you they did this around 7 am I complained and she told me that it was my fault because I did not move my car so that they could blade the parking spot correctly We had been here less than a year and the carpet started coming up and I mean that we can pull the carpet off of the floor Those are just a few of the reasons that I would not suggest renting an apartment in this complex more ... hide ...

I havent had any issues living here and like it for the most part Ive had a couple maintenance issues that got resolved the next day or day off My refrigerator went out after the office was closed and maintenance was there 30 minutes later with a brand new fridge Thats super impressive to me since I manage an apartment complex myself and good maintenance gu 2021-06-11T18:40:36Z
