Just finished up my lease here and wanted to share my experience Since moving in last August things have been amazing From an easy move in experience to an even easier move out experience the staffmaintenance and property manager have been very helpful throughout my time living here The property manager has been super helpful and understanding when situations come up And Ive had some odd requests of them at times and they were once again very helpful and understanding I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a nice peaceful and extremely respectful place to live Ive had packages outside my apartment for days and when coming home they were STILL there Very nice residents and very lowkey while also being a community that encourages activities and fun events throughout the month sent through the monthly newsletter Parking was never an issue and maintenance always took care of the property and any maintenance request in a timely manner Huge shout out to Kim for keeping my drinks nice and cold as I totally forgot about them in my fridge during my move out 1010 recommend more ... hide ...

Would definitely not recommend living here Upon first moving in our fridge was completely broken We called countless times about our issue and management did nothing After almost 3 months and all of our parents complaining to management we finally were ordered a new fridge with a broken ice machine Secondly our roommate has had a giant hole in her door upon 2022-01-18T23:16:10Z
Would definitely not recommend living here Upon first moving in our fridge was completely broken We called countless times about our issue and management did nothing After almost 3 months and all of our parents complaining to management we finally were ordered a new fridge with a broken ice machine Secondly our roommate has had a giant hole in her door upon move in that has yet to be replaced as promisednStadium view also allows pets which has been a major issue The unit under us had a dog barking for almost 2 months ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT We called to complain multiple times and nothing was done by management Since management was unable to help us with the constant barking we had to deal with the issue ourselvesnAs well as noise the apartments are disgusting When we moved in our unit was unbelievably dirty and smelly On my bedroom carpet there was a HUGE brown stain that smelled and was textured I also found belongings of the previous tenants from the year before inside my room We also found what looks to be black mold on multiple of our cabinet bottoms Upon moving in our apartment should have been cleaned and checked but obviously they were not As for the building as a whole people keep their trash outside their doors and thrown in around the hallway making the whole building reek since none of it gets picked upnAnother issue is with management and maintenance The other day it was our friends birthday and we were playing music It was on a Saturday around 1030 and the maintenance mans wife came to our door and told us to be quiet even though on weekends quiet hours start at midnight We have also had issues with the maintenance man banging on his ceiling in attempt for us the quiet down when it is only early in the nightnOverall if youre looking for a place to live I would recommend almost anywhere else For almost 700 I am EXTREMELY disappointed and upset that I leased at stadium more ... hide ...

Living here was fine not great We had an older preremodeled 1b apartment 2020 and we experienced a bat in our apartment which the kind maintenance guy seemed way too familiar with and some very wet sink issues Luckily service was always quick and they were available even during odd hoursnnHowever be careful when moving out We were docked probably several hundred dollars because we werent present during checkout some of which was presumably for damage that had 1 already existed in the apartment 2 didnt get fixed after we moved out and 3 didnt get fixed after the apartment was remodeled and recarpeted In light of this we werent happy that they took such a huge portion of our deposit and would warn tenants to be diligent and prepared during the moveout process more ... hide ...

Maintenance is incredibly slow Had our washer and dryer broken for 2 months and they did not communicate with us or give us a solution Had a leaking sprinkler that they didnt believe us about it took them 4 months to do anything about and the solution was to put a hole in the ceiling which stayed there for 2 months while the sprinkler continued to leak Hones 2022-06-30T17:41:09Z
