Rent Cedar Valley allowed my neighbors to make repeated complaints about me over half of which were not even true The complaints resulted in eviction and there was nothing fair about the complaint processnnOne of my neighbors repeatedly claimed that I was living in the hallway of our apartment building They apparently had taken a couple pictures of me without consent laying there one day when there was a nice breeze coming in but he used the pictures along with some pictures of my belongings to say I was sleeping there I dont even know why he claimed I was sleeping because as soon as he walked by that day I immediately moved to let him walk past Another neighbor falsely claimed I rummaged through their car Rent Cedar Valley automatically believed all of this about me despite living there for around a year with 0 complaints They saw me as the problem rather than the new rentersnnThe property manager also called the cops on me once browbeating me into getting my car towed Calls were also repeatedly made to animal control with no warning who were consistently showing up to harass me about my dognnOn top of that there was at least one instance of a maintenance worker attempting to access my apartment without notice and the rental company changed the locks before they had the legal right to do so My property was illegally retained and they eventually gave me only 1 hour to remove it all after repeatedly denying they had it How generousnnIt was also never clear how up to date the living conditions were The pictures Im posting with this review were taken over the summer in 2021 As you can see the occupancy permits and fire extinguisher were seemingly expirednnDONT RENT HERE
