I have looked for a new home in Cedar Rapids since the first if the year Calls messages left on site visits No one seemed to want to work with me or respond to someone outside the Cedar Rapids to secure a place to live until I communicated with and stopped by Grand Ridge Apartments Cody the manager has been excellent I saw the actual apartment I will live 2022-04-20T21:43:10Z

Very nice apartments but I wouldnt want to live there because of the way the manager treats people heard alot of roomers about the manager not good

When Jerry and Sue left it became in personal and Criminal I live there 5 years called the police on people a few times to help with safety around there when I moved out they tried to charge me three hundred bucks for putting stuff in the dumpster Discharge was not in the lease And when we left they tried to charge us 1600 for damages we live there 5 years a 2019-10-23T20:28:46Z

Great place to live and our manage is very easily to understand our needs and if you ask her something she just respond right away and if its possible she will tell you and if you have to wait she will told a day and time it will be done so I been here since I moved another start 2018 until today and I am still happy to live in this Raintree apartment and we 2021-09-23T00:52:17Z
