To be honest for the amount of time I lived here it was the worst experience I have ever come across Living conditions in the beginning were good up until the transfer of the new landlord Seemed like he never cared for the tenants keeping the building up to code etc All Ive seen was him just painting the place to make it look nice There were mold issues due 2020-10-25T21:09:27Z
To be honest for the amount of time I lived here it was the worst experience I have ever come across Living conditions in the beginning were good up until the transfer of the new landlord Seemed like he never cared for the tenants keeping the building up to code etc All Ive seen was him just painting the place to make it look nice There were mold issues due to appliances leaking that was never fixed after how many times Ive asked for it to be Some appliances didnt even work properly The wiring in the building is old and needs replacing but said hes not going to replace them Damages were done to the apartment since Day 1 of living there that were never corrected even though he said hed get right on it Even during the pandemic and selfquarintine he never worked with tenants who couldnt pay rent on time and threatened to evict themnLong story short all he cared about was money not fixing what needs to be fixed right away and not only that but raised rent argued with people and threatened them on a constant basis enters peoples apartments with no 24 hour notice etc The building was intended for LowIncome living He also denies access to the elevator to all who live there My recommendation is to NOT move here unless in dire need or you have no other choice Other then that the location is nice Bank across the street with the theater a block down and the grocery store and gas station just minutes away I rated it a 2 star based soly on location If the landlord was more empathetic and kept his word I would of rated this a 45 star more ... hide ...
